There has been a few changes. Frustratingly,ridiculously, not fairly Debbie (CAL director - was coming to speak at the evening) has been denied her visa for the second time. So instead we will have a documentary, a very professional recent one, done whilst i was over there, by a lady from london, to show. Which will hopefully get across to you what its all about, and let you see what it's like over there. 


I had the fitting for the models this week, and miraculously my guestimation's were relatively accurate and the clothes fit! phew!!


Im looking forward to the evening, anything sri lankan gets me excited! So come along! x x x

Life In A Day

When i saw this trailer yesterday, i got massively excited.

It's the type of film i love. 

A story being told by real people about real life. 

It got me thinking about the type of day that leaves me joyful at even the 5th hundredth thought about it. 

These days don't have a ridged pattern... 

I've had life changing days when it's been just me.

 I've had freeing days when all i've done is cried.

I've had beautiful days when my eyes saw something new.

I guess what i've learnt recently, and especially over the past year. Is that every day is designed to be fulfilling, but it depends on us as to whether we choose to see that. It dosen't need to be the big huge millions of people festivals, or the hot sunny holiday. It dosen't have to cost and it dosen't have to be obvious. 

You may just have to search for it.
